During our Senior Capstone class, our objective was to develop a pitchable project that integrated the 'Community' theme. With a timeline of 14 weeks, we transformed our ideas into an industry-level end-product. Throughout the process, we actively participated in stand-ups and presented bi-weekly pitches to showcase our progress.
During our Senior Capstone class, our objective was to develop a pitchable project that used the word "Community" to at exhibit for Imagine RIT.

Join our space mission to rescue planet Corydalis B's plant life from extinction. Pick one of three plants and solve rotating connection puzzles to save them before time runs out!
Revive each wilting plant by skillfully rotating and connecting their vital pathways. Progress through each level to advance the mission and secure the future of Project G.A.R.D.E.N.S.
Watch the clock with precision. If a plant's health clock expires, so do your hopes of mission success!
To create a unique and alien-like feel for the game's plants, we drew inspiration from unusual plant species found on Earth in addition to those seen in movies like Alien and Avatar. Through the exploration of various shapes, colors, textures, and movement we designed and animated the visually striking and otherworldly plants you see in-game.
Originally designed as an interactive hologram installation, Project G.A.R.D.E.N.S. transitioned to a connection-based puzzle gameplay model. This change enhances the engagement and aligns better with our mission to save Corydalis B's plant life.
As the 3D + Gameplay Designer, I took charge of all the production of 3D assets, as well as coding the game in Gdevelop a 2D game engine and Experience Design .
In a multidisciplinary team, we leveraged our unique strengths and learned from each other to create a fully playable experience. Despite team size challenges, seamless collaboration pushed me to excel. The joy of seeing our project enjoyed by many at Imagine RIT was the ultimate reward.
Throughout the summer, we are diligently incorporating the valuable feedback we received from Imagine RIT to enhance the overall quality of life.
